Q) "Does your Company have any products that deter dogs from fouling the pavements please - we have a problem with irresponsible neighbours who consistently let their dogs mess every where and never pick it up. Kindly advise if you have any products for sale together with price and note that the item in question would need to be sent to Cyprus. Kate".
A) "Kate, You can't stop a dog defecating but you can penalise it if it comes into your domain or an area you have access to. This could give the animal the message its 'services' are not required. How you use the device would depend on layout and distance however without having further information we would recommend this product http://www.izola.co.uk/supergg2.htm. Reasons to buy: powerful blaster and you can have optional extras including motion sensor and or bark detector. To calculate your price please make a dummy purchase using the shopping cart (up to the point you are asked to enter payment info). Any further queries then please do not hesitate to come back to us."

Q) "I have just order two of your ultrasonic repellents for use in my office/workshop. Can you advice me on best positioning for them the unit is an old mill on the third floor, area of approx 60ft x 20ft, with an apex roofline. there is a partition running the width of the unit which splits the unit in half but the partition only runs up the beams and it is open from beams to roof. one side will be used as an office the other side workshop. the unit has not been used for about a year and is heavy with cobwebs, which I am in process of getting rid of, walls will then be painted. Most of the spiders in the building are the "harvestman type?" (long skinny legs), there are a few of the common house spiders as well. there is a beam running width of middle of unit approximately 9ft from floor, I was thinking of putting unit on either side of the beam.are the ultrasonic waves broken up by desks, filing cabinets, etc. I want to get rid of spiders but don't want to drive them into drawers and cupboards. any thoughts? regards Kiren".
A) "Dear Kiren, one Insect Controller each side of the partition should be very helpful. Its important to state that now the building is being used by people, spiders will find the environment not so conducive anyhow, so this, together with the Insect Controllers you should see a fairly quick change for the better as far as house spiders are concerned. Nevertheless you still may have the problem of webs in the roof area. See how you get on over the next few weeks. Web activity could also dissipate with the Insect Controllers or if this doesn't happen so quickly then you may need to think about using a single Transonic Pro which is a lot stronger. Its a powerful rodent & bat repeller but it is also hated by webspinners. Regarding your concerns about drawers & cupboards, this is unlikely to occur unless these remain unused for many weeks or months at a time. Tip, make sure there is no water leakage or accidental water spills in the building, especially after hours. Always make sure the basins are wiped dry and have plugs left inserted at home time , and we think that blocking the overflow hole in the basin with an easily removable bung is also helpful. When staff leave make sure the toilets have bleach left down them. All of these precautions together with the ultrasonic devices should give you a high chance of getting rid of these spiders. Please let me know if we can help further and thank you for your order which will be shipped to you today".
