The remote method electronic barking deterrent
How it works: When a dog barks, white module 1 picks up the sound, then activates green module 2 which emits a very loud ultrasonic / transonic blast (130 dB approx.) that causes discomfort to the dog but is not harmful in any way. When the bark stops, so does the ultrasonic blast. Because Bark-Buster only annoys the dog when it barks, the dog learns to be quiet.
How it is used: Fix it to a wall or post pointing into next doors garden to silence down your neighbor's noisy dog or use it with your pet as a training device. Obstacles like trees and dense shrubs, solid fences, brick or concrete walls reduce or even stop the effectiveness of Bark-Buster, so it should be deployed only in a 'line-of-sight' situation. Bark-Buster works through chainlink or wire fencing very well.

Q) Can people hear Bark-Buster?
A) If you are up close on maximum volume, you can certainly 'feel' the ultrasonic sound pressure. On low frequency, a person with average hearing (close up) can also hear a faint high pitched screeching sound like a faulty hearing aid. There is also a faint clicking sound as the unit is switched on and off by the barking detector. Generally these minor sounds are well masked by the bark which the unit is intended to eliminate.
